Peoples opinions and results will vary with the calories. Some eat their exercise calories, some do not. I personally eat about half of mine. Stand up for your self. Go to her boss or HR if you have to. If you talk to her like an adult there shoudn't be an issue, and if she fires you for that I would assume that they have other reasons to fire you or they would have legal issues on threir hands. Don't let someone like that bully you.

I did the thrift stores in the upper income neighbor hoods. I found close that still had the tags on them. Then when you shrink out of them you can donate them back.

I can't do high impact either but I found that you can modify almost any exercise to be low impact. I walk almost every day - getting my heart rate up so I'm sweatin - no sissy walks! The only thing I can suggest is switchin up your work out plan, bring it harder if you can, and get serious with what you're eating.
