I have decided to improve my life, I have made this a life style. I eat healthy. As clean as I can. I don't want to put crap in my body any more. I don't do cheat days. A cheat day for me is a turkey burger. Not worth it to me.

5'10" here. I usually don't have issues with finding pants that are long enough, most stores carry long pants. It's the shirts! None of the sleves are long enough! And after one wash I usually have 3/4 sleves! I hate that!

If you're looking to see results in a week those are some pretty lofty expectations. You just started. I would worry more on if you doing exercises right, if your diet is on track, not when you are going to see your body start to change. Work on exercising for a month and sticking to it. Yep - I flex like a mad woman every morning in front of the mirror while getting ready for work. And I love it! Call it narsissistic - I think of it as enjoying all of my hard work. Oh - and I still have body issues - even if I'm thin. LOL I'm a total freak! Love it!

If you are looking to lose weight you should really add some cardio to your routine. Lifting isn't going to give you the calorie burn that cardio is going to. Good luck in your journey. Steph

A little dramatic, don't you think. I agree that if you aren't eating your exercise calories you might not be getting enough. 1.3 loss is pretty good for a week. You're going to drive yourself crazy if you weight your self every day - or twice a day. I personally weight every Monday morning before I get in the shower. And that's the only time I weight myself. Keeps me sane and also keeps me on track for the weekends knowing that Monday is my weigh in.

Sorry hon. Everyone is different. We all gain and lose weight differently. And you cant spot lose or spot keep weight either.

Check your settings first. They have fats set at 30% which in my opinion is pretty high and they have the protein set pretty low. Play with that first before you add fat to your diet. If you still don't think that you are getting enough: olive oil avocado nuts dairy Good luck! Steph :flowerforyou:
