Another thing I have done is cancel out the canola oil and sauté the chicken and veg in chicken broth.

I'm awful at breakfast. I've never been a morning eater, so I usually eat a fiber one bar, and a snack a few hours later. I'm usually up for the day at 5:30-6 am.

I have the same problem. Most days I am around 800-900. I really have to struggle to break 1000. I don't know if I am scared of going over, or I'm just not as hungry.

For all you cheese lovers out there, I also had a cheese tooth, and I found I really like the Laughing Cow Queso Fresco and Chipolte cheese wedges. They are super yummy, and only 35 cals a wedge! I smear it on crackers and it fulfills my cheesy needs.

I had to give up Dr Pepper. I love it, and I know it's not good for me. 2 cans is around 300 calories, not counting the excessive sugar. I quit drinking it the day after I started MFP. Otherwise everything in moderation works for me.

I just thought of it like a couple weeks ago when I decided fat free italian was disgusting and would not pass my lips again. I really like Amy's Organic Salsa, 10 cal for 2 tbsp and doesn't taste chemical-like.

I can buy those in Northern Minnesota, but recently I started using salsa as salad dressing. it's lower in calories, tastes way better, and is actually real food.

I did way too many stupid things as a child. The one that really sticks out is somersaulting off the playhouse roof (6 ft tall) into the snow. I could have broke my neck. Jumping off the trampoline from the woodpile (8-9 feet tall) to see how high of a bounce we could get wasn't smart either. Neither was sledding/skiing…

I just got an elliptical, and it is so much better than a bike! It's more of a body workout, and those exercise bike seats were awful.
