Thought I would introduce myself. My name is Andrea, and I am starting over again to lose weight. I was on a program last year about this time, and was losing steadily, when I got pregnant again, and now that the baby is here, and I am heavier than I ever have been, I figured it was time to start it up again. I had lost 30lbs and gotten down to 220, and now am up to 280.
I have 5 kids now, and with every baby I have not lost what I gained before getting pregnant again. now that I am completely done having children it is seriously time to focus on me.
What I had been doing last summer/fall was Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and it was very effective, so that is what I am going to start out with again.
