If you are eating enough fiber you should have no problem. Flaxseed helps and so does more fiber. Then again I have never had the problem of not being able to go...with me I eat then I go...LOL

Ok so I am not so upset, I have Hulu so I can watch it there, I am upset that they are taking it away and I will try to help get it stopped, but i really cant complain. I have tons of channels and I bill is cheap!!

I try them all, and mix them up, try zumba, spinning, strength training, they have all worked for me, even yoga or pilates! We also have piloxing here, not sure if you have that at your gym. My advice take advantage of all the classes!!! They really work!

There is no miracle for weight loss....only a proper diet and exercise will get you there for the long haul. Quick fixes never last!!! I dont pay any attention to products!!! You are right where you need to be ;)

I believe that the calorie burns for MFP go by your height and weight and is a generalization. As far as the difference between the elliptical and spinning, I believe that with the elliptical you use upper and lower and apposed to spinning you use mostly lower. Do you work out? I wish I had that problem...trying to reach 1200 LOL!! I know because I work out 5 or 6 times a week I am constantly hungry, so I eat every 3 to 4 hours.
