According to the package they are all natural from what I can remember, that is why they need to stay frozen until you are ready to eat them, it is Vita muffin tops you are referring too right? They only have 110 or less per muffin top.

Just dont eat more than your allotted even with exercise, If you dont eat all back just try half. I work out alot too so I stay hungry all day long!!! Muscle uses more fuel i.e. food!

I always eat a little something before I work out, but that is just me, I can eat breakfast and go right to the gym and jump all around, and be fine lol.

I can eat a full breakfast and then go jump around and I am fine LOL. Me personally I feel lethargic if I dont eat before I workout.
