That's the diet I'm on now. (Kekwick Fat Fast) I just started Friday and I've already lost 7 pounds. Crazy! It's a great way to jump start weight loss.. but dangerous to do it too long.

I wish myfitnesspal would allow us to deduct calories lost from breast feeding. Most women lose an additional 500 calories a day from breast feeding.

I doubt in the beginning it's the "insulation lost". I've only restarted my diet 3 days ago and I'm freezing. I'm pretty sure 3 days of weight loss isn't enough insulation loss/fat loss to be attributed to the same science as whale blubber.
