I wouldn't judge you but I have changed my opinion after watching the horizon programmes they were very informative and well worth watching so I think unless anybody has lived your life then they wouldn't understand best of luck for the futre x

Its working for you don't change it unless you hit a plateau but be carefull losing fast can also mean it can go back on as fast I think thats why peeps on here encourage you to eat more to slow it down to burn fat and stay healthy

Her hips are tiny 35 inches max at a guess mine are 39 and love her hips I've had 3 children

Hello ladies can I join you I started Leslie Sansone - 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk Saturday and have done 2 miles Saturday 2 on Sunday Yesterday I thought I'd mix some hand weights in and only managed 1 mile but felt the burn.

Same here I exercise everyday now where as before didn't do much at all might only be light areobics and walking :)

175lb full term after the birth 140 massive I was all baby now I'm 148 only 5ft 2 stretch me then I'll be skinny lol

I'm 5ft 2 and weigh 148 I set mine at 1200 but always eat around 1400-1500 you need to find a balance its easy to say do this do that you just need to experiment.
