thanks for responding guys ... i was drinking about 3 L a day but i read somewhere that over drinking water can cause you to gain wait so i reduce the amount to only 8 ( maybe 9 ) glasses a day

i do drink green tea but usually just one cup a day since i don't use sugar with it and i get fed up with the way it taste :s

we have very different dishes and they contain plenty of ingredients vegetables and fruits but they are from the farm markets so they don't have labels nor nutrition information ... and so many other things
