This last week wasn't too bad. I set a goal of 2.5-3 miles walking a day to guarantee I get the 100 miles in. Well wouldn't you know it rained off and on for 3 days. So I am behind on my personal goal but still did ok. Can't wait to weigh-in tomorrow :)

Thanks for that. I like how it suggest one full egg with a couple egg whites. I will have to do that because I sure do miss having the yolk.

I started off with 3lb but moved up to a combo of 3 & 5 lbs. I am on level 2 now and still use both depending on what the exercise is. I am on day 2 of lebvel 2 (day 12).

I am on day 12 or Day 2 of level 2. This program is awesome and as long as you stick it out you will feel/see the difference. Jillian doesn't play and it hurts but it does get better. I have noticed that this program is seems more about losing inches than lbs but that is ok with me. I know I have to lose both. Good Luck :)

Welcome to MFP :) I am a new mommy (again), my little man will be 5 months on the 27th. I am here also trying to make some healthy changes for myself and my kids. Great job...I believe it is working for me as well but I don't want to take my measurments just yet. I think this workout is so much more about losing inches than lbs. I can see and feel a different in my stomach, arms, and legs. I just started level 2 last night and wow it is a challenge. Keep up the great work.

Yeah this one is tough. I also breastfeed and have a almost 5 month old. The biggest part is to make sure you are still getting in enough calories and water that it doesn't mess with your milk. YES YES YES...After about day 6 my knees have been sore. The more I do during the day they stop hurting but as soon as I sit down and rest for a few or getting up in the morning they hurt like hell. You can see a big difference. I want to thank you so much for posting this because so many of us look at the numbers on the scale and tend to give up because the #'s are not where we want and without thinking of all the other good things we are doing for our bodies.

Yeah I put it under Circuit Training General for 20 minutes. It will actually use your info to determine calories burned so it probably won't be the same about as other people. I just finished level 1 tonight...Good Luck :)

I have it. I also developed it during my 1st pregnancy 7 years ago and have been on meds ever since. My dose has been increased a few times and was upped to 100mcg during my last pregnancy (I just had him late April 2011). I am on Day 10 Level 1 now. I felt better on day 3 but then day 5 I started to get sore again since I was able to sink lower in the squats and use heavier weights on some of the arm stuff. The way I see it, if it is making me sore then it's gotta be working.

I have a little something going. When I drop 30lbs I will go semi-shopping for a few new outfits. When I get to 130, the hubbs is taking me for a week to the Atlantis Resort in Jamicia and I will be cutting my hair short. OK here is my info... SW - 213 Day 6 of Jillian's 30 DS I am currently on level 1. I plan to do 10 days level 1, 10 days level 2, and hope to do 3 days level 3. I started off using 3lb weights and now I use a combo of 3 & 5 lb weights. I hope to lose at least 10 lbs but will be just as happy for the inches I can lose.
