Another great dry cereal to try is Quaker oat squares, they rock and 1/2c is 105 calories. Slightly sweet to help with the sweet tooth.

I think more people would show if it was a bar crawl. Make each stop 1 mile walk in-between , this prevents over indulging too. Who cares about cake?!

I walked 1.3 miles tonight. Almost to goal!! Can't wait for October. I'm going to increase my goal. Also I now have new shoes and now no more heel pain. Yea!

Wow. I'm on day 4 of this challenge and I must be very out of shape. Lol. The first day I did 60 squats then day 2 I did 80. I was so proud. Day 3 my legs where so sore I only did 30. Today my legs are so sore it hurts to sit down. I think I will have to keep working on this one. I'm hoping to work up to 100 by Halloween.…

Lol. I know it's not funny but your post was and it made me lol literally. Men always loose fast. My husband walks with me when " he feels like it" and eats what he wants but lost 20 in a month. Agrr.

This was my first day. It was hard, my thighs are sore and I only completed 60 of the 100 squats. I will try to coplete all 100 tomorrow.

I have just been using mfp for 1 week. I lost 3 # and am exercising everyday which I have't done ever. I have even walked over 12 miles this week. Its a great tool and I think you'll really like it. There is a great amount of info on here to help you everyday. Good Luck!!

I'm going to try this challenge. I watched the video and did my first 20 of 100 squats. I'll start doing sets of 10 and work my way up. It will be a challenge for me.
