Yes...chocolate protein powder is delicious in oatmeal....especially with a mashed banana and cinnamon! My favorite breakfast lately!

Medium, I guess. I used to have a lab mix who was a PERFECT running partner. Now I have two pug/boston terrier mix dogs who are awesome, but worthless as far as exercise goes!
