  • Just noticed your start weight 176 was where I started May 6th !! and I am now 149 !! took me three months, so im guessing you could well get to your goal by end of Sept.

  • Scanned through todays carbs and the biggest lot was out of a Good for you "Tikka Masala" with 70 Carbs, then I got some from my toast from Breakfast and then Crackerbreads at lunch time.
