Just go with an alternative selection like if your having a 10" cheese and tomato pizza go for the generic choices in the database, Im going there on 22nd and that is how I would do it, althoiugh im having that day off the counting as I want to enjoy myself and not worry about if I am over ;p

im set on thos one >> Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)

I drink mine in pint glasses, LOL so 1 pint = 2 cups. normally have about five of these a day so im on 10 waters a day !! forever in the loo though hahaha Cat x

Hmmm perhaps but ive had a fair bit of choccy this week been so bad. Stayed under calories but my sugar is well bad bad bad, sometimes I eat packet meals esp when im on late shifts at work, but there good for you ones .....
