Calories in Crusty Rolls
Not sure how to work this one out when you buy them from a bakery, I ended up logging the normal white crusty roll under Kaiser Roll which is 220 .... This keeps me in My Calorie goal but if its less then I will be under ? Has anyone ever logged a bakery crusty roll and what did you log it under ?

My Worst day with protein ever !!! -70 how bad is that I tink there healhty proteins though ! Strange hour glass figure
So I was looking in the mirror ( naked ) and noticed my left side has a nice hour glass figure thing going on, but my right side is like a solid line down :S it so bizzarre how can one side be developing a nice hour glass look and the other side just be square :S any tips ?

Just Corrected height
Had my height and weight checked at the gym on one of them machines, anyway I was 2 INCHES over my true height, so just updated it and as a result have had 40 Calories taken from me, im like OMG so height has an impact on what you can eat too :o that is shocking ....
