Tummy hips and waist !!!

Any Toning Tips things I can do at home, all very well losing weight but I dont want saggy bits I want them all toned and tight.

    You can't spot reduce but squats lunges abs.core. You can do all these things at home. You dont need much weight or any weight at all. All you need is your own Body!
