Slimming World Kebab Meat Recipe
Someone sent me this, so thought if Share havent made it myself yet but am thinking about it.
Really nice, simple but messy to make
500g lean lamb mince
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
half tsp italian herbs
half tsp garlic powder
half tsp onion powder
half tsp black pepper
quarter tsp cayenne pepper
1..Mix all ingredients together and squeeze the meat through your fingers to get it smooth ( this is the messy bit i didn't like).
2..Once the meat is smooth shape it into a small loaf size and place on baking tray, bake in centre of oven for roughly 1 hr 20 mins at medium heat turning halfway.
3..Remove from oven and cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 mins.
4..Slice as thinly as possible and serve with either salad and pitta bread or salad and SW chips.
5..Enjoy
Im assuming it serves 2-4 people, wonder what the calories in it would be.
