You can change your goals at any time. Its up to you. I actually found when I first logged everything in I put my height at a massive 2 metres tall!!!! When I recalculated it my calorie intake went to around 1560 per day, however I found that to be too much and I didn't lose any weight for a couple of weeks. Now I have re-done my goal so my calorie intake is around the 1200 mark. Losing weight again as well as exercising. If you change it you can always change it back again.
  • I change my goals according to how i feel :) so far it just seems to keep going down, my weight loss goals have been in smaller stages rather than one big one. I tend to find this easier to stick to!
