Hips: hip raises. Lay on your back with your knees bent & your feet flat on the floor. The closer your feet to your bum, the more burn you'll feel in your thighs. Try to stay at about 45 degrees. Keep your head against the ground and your arms flat at your sides on the ground. Lift your hips so that your torso is straight out. Hold for 5 counts and lower. I'm not sure how many you should do but I start out with 10 and increase reps. For awhile, I did 2 sets. Then I did 3, tonight I'm going to start doing 2 sets of 20 reps.

I don't know what this is called but get a resistance band and stand on it with your feet at about hip width. Criss-cross the band so that it's an "X". Hold onto the ends, bend your knees slightly and lift your right foot out so you're tilted and back down. Do the other side. You should really feel it on your "lower love handles" as I call them, right on your hips and the back part of your bum.

Waist: Hold 2 dumbbells (I use 5 lbs for this one). Stand up straight with your arms at your sides. Alternate your arms pushing down like you're punching something below you. Go down just far enough that you feel it in your waist. You will look like a hula hoop doll going back and forth - or sort of like a metrinome but not as wide. I do this 20 times... right side and left side counts as one rep.

Tummy: Bicycle crunches, crunches, side plank moves I think they're called, push ups of course...
