Weight Loss slowed down

Well my weigh has slowed down know, infact I think its frozen, LOL I weigh in on a Wed, and was 165 lBS and ive been stuck there since LOL I weighed myself today out of wonder, ** BAD ME ** maybe I will lose it between now and Wed, as im programme on her to lose 1B a week but can't see it being a whole 1LB this week.
Now Ive hit the slow down period, is it better if I move to weighing in every TWO WEEKS ??

That's probably a good idea. Also I read a thread on here that said: 1) a period of no change on the scale is one of the stages of weight loss and 2) you must not totally rely on the scales but rather you should take measurements e.g waist, hips thighs etc as sometimes your weight will not decrease but your measurements may. I'll try and find the thread and post it on here for you to read.
Just know that this is a stage you have to go through and do not give up. Have a great Sunday :glasses:0 -

programmed todays food, taking kiddies for a picnic so ive 700 Cals available for that so Asda will love me calorie counting the food I put in ( well fo rme anyway ) will read that article later0

What Wednesday are you talking about when you weighed yourself? Are you talking about the Wednesday just gone?
If so, it is only a few days and how do you know you haven't been losing ounces since then that will add up to 1lb this coming Wednesday?
Give yourself a chance because if you had lost 1lb since Wednesday, you would most likely be on course for losing 2lb by this coming Wednesday and that would be more than you stated you wanted to lose each week, so you would be off course.0 -
I usually weigh in every wed, Wed just gone Scales was 165.6 got on them today to show my kids what to do LOL and it said the same haha dont mind a slow week tbh I asked to lose 1LB a week and been doing this 7 weeks now and lost 10LB just was hoping to get to 161LBS by July 17th
as me birthday on 18th. so not to bad only 4LB to go in just over 3 weeks
