exercise definitely. Ive been working out since Oct. steadily going to the gym every MWF. I haven't lost any weight though my body has changed. Now it's time to change something else... my calorie consumption. This is always a challenge b/c I'm so hungry. But I've done it in the past and can do it again!

i think any amount you can do is enough. just don't stop doing it. that's what I have to remind myself at 9:00 at night and I'm sitting on the couch having just put the children to bed... just don't stop doing it.

Hey, You're doing great. Don't get discouraged. Keep doing what you need to do. You know what that is. Remember your own tag line... "You can do anything you set your mind to". Be accountable. Be aware. Old habits die hard. But die they will!!! :) Annie
