  • Hiya, i would recommend filling up on nuts, fruit and water and eat like 2 small meals a day; chicken and veg are good... i have had to stay away from wheat (pizza etc! in order to lose weight). also get a few workouts in- remember to warm up! good luck babe x

  • yes you can lose 15lbs in 5 weeks (3lbs/week).. Its a realistic goal.. I've been losing weight through portion control, dont eat when im not hungry anymore+low carbohydrates after 5pm (no bread, pasta, chocolate, wine etc!). Find something to motivate you- all it takes is determination! xx

  • You should try water retention tablets just before bed if you feel you're storing too much water (herbal is good). I cant remember the name of the brand I buy but they come in a blue box with yellow/white dots on them. I only have them once in a while, hope this helps :)
