FLABBY arms!!!!!!!!!
Hi basically i have lost most of the weight ive wanted, but i still have flabby arms. I use the rower at the gym and do free weights (light ones, loads of reps). Nothing seems to work. So basically i have a slim figure with fat flabby arms.......... please help :( x any advice appreciated, thank you

My body fat percentage is 32.2%!
Hiya I am 5'4" tall (about 162cm), weight 132 lbs and discovered my body fat percentage is 32.2%. Someone yesterday, at the gym told me my fat percentage is way too high! How much weight will I have to lose to bring my fat percentage down to say 20%? I would appreciate any advice, thank you :) xx

:( I have no energy to go to the gym today.. I had a yogurt, 10 almonds, 2 apples and a strong coffee and 2 hours later im still feeling soooo tired. My day off from work but I will be out in the evening... Any suggestions anyone?? :) I feel braindead too from lack of chocolate and wine..

Help guys! Low carb or low calorie?
I feel very hungry on low calorie+ bloated (even on the 1200 cals im allowed per day).
