Hiya

I have been eating smaller portions and overall healthier choices in my diet but I have put on 3lbs overnight?! :O

    It might just be your body getting used to the changes, or water weight. Don't worry too much about it. :D

    If you were undereating before...your body could have been in starvation mode. This means you'll put on a couple pounds before you start losing. Don't worry...just stick to it and you'll quickly see the scale move in the other direction.

    It's probably water weight....did you have a lot of sodium yesterday? If so, drink plenty of water today and it will go away.:flowerforyou:
  • If you're weighing everyday, maybe try weighing less often and these changes won't make you so crazy.
  • yeah it's impossible to gain 3lbs of fat in one night you would have to eat like 24000 cals (I don't know). It's not that fast of a process.
    It is surely water weight or something like that
