you don't need to eat that much! working out gives you the extra calories to eat if you want to stay the same weight. I'm guessing you are trying to lose weight. Do not eat that many calories!

My friend owns a Mexican restuarant, and we go to watch sporting events there. I will get the beef fajitas because the chicken ones aren't as tastey there, but I only eat one tortilla (corn) and I try to skip the sour cream, and guac. At most I limit myself to 2, and I take the rest of the meat home for some other time.

This site is a great tool for keeping track of your progress. My weight loss so far (besides eating well) has come from Zumba. It's fun and doesn't feel like working out. I look forward to the classes. Most people are hooked from day one.
