Hey, I am hypermobile. I tend to sublax a lot more than I dislocate but have regular dislocation as well. The biggest thing for me is listening to my body and not pushing too hard. Oh and I will be doing my 30 mins min exercise a day and have set alarms for when I am sat at my desk to do 5 mins ab work every hour (I work from home so a tad easier!)

Cheesy mash!!!! mmmmmmmm macaroni cheese Peanut butter and banana on toast/sandwich tuna pasta salad any of creamy pasta dish, can quickly be zapped! Or spag bol, chilli etc Always followed by cake!!!

room for another? I'm 35 mum to a 4 year old, work 4 days a week (but feels like full time!) Am currently out of exercise action with a back injury so really need to focus on the food!

We go to the inlaws every Sunday (or they come here) it's not always a roast but we all sit down for dinner.
