I'm about 4 weeks pregnant also. My doc said I can continue doing anything I was doing before, just to take it easy if I feel dizzy or over tired. I usually run 30 minutes a day so i'm going to continue doing that :)

I think weigh ins at the end of the week are perfect!! I have never taken my measurements, so I can do that as well :) I love the idea of weekly goals!!!!

Thanks, that actually is helpful. I just wasn't sure cause when i looked it up on this site, some said about 50 calories for each piece and that seemed a little high. And yes, sashimi = NO RICE :)

I like that show as well! I didn't lose any weight for 2 weeks and was totally discouraged, and I saw someone go through something similar on the show. It really helped me push my self to keep at it!

I'm so afraid to eat mine, so I really haven't and I just can't seem to lose weight. I'm really not sure if this is why. Honestly, the fact that I'm not losing the weight kind of makes me even more worried about eating those calories

Wow! thanks all for the great advice!! I'm going to keep trying (I'm feeling so good, even though I'm not seeing results quite yet) . I will try to do some measurements and also increase my workout 10min (i go during lunch at work, so i can't increase it too much). Lets see how next week goes :)
