Not seeing results
I was wondering if I should be eating less than 1200 calories. I'm very petite(5ft) and I'm trying to lose 10lbs I put that I would like to lose 1lb a week, but it automatically changed it to 0.6lb a week at 1200 calories a day. Is less than that unhealthy? I'm also doing some cardio everyday (only 25-30min).

Confused about my weight loss
Last week I lost 3lbs, this week i just checked and it looks like I gained 2 back! I'm so confused, i've been doing the same thing, and going to the gym for 20 min of cardio 4 times a week. Should I increase my workout?
