You've gained more muscle which burns more calories daily. Give yourself some credit for sticking with it... even if you are doing Turbo Fire just every other day. I have a Polar FT60. It's pretty basic, I mainly just watch my heartrate and try to "stay in my zone". Oh and it's good to know how many calories I burn when I exercise =)

If anyone here uses whey protein in their diet... this is a delicious option for a shake. Use 1/2 can pumpkin puree, 1 cup soymilk, 1 cup ice, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein in the blender. My husband loves these too!

Me too.... I'm reading Oxygen Magazine, which has good info.... but I need help getting serious. I've just been trying to eat clean, exercise more, etc. But I would love to see someone else's meal plans for guidance. Thank you for posting. I hope we can boost more interest out there =)
