Tofu spread

This makes a yummy protein packed tofu spread

1 package firm or extra firm tofu
10 T hummus
1 can tuna or salmon
2 T raisins
2 T curry powder
1 T low sodium soy sauce
2 T scallions
1 t Siracha

Combine all ingredients and mash with a large fork. That's all there is to it! Enjoy on crackers or with veggies
