    I listen to the rasmus and breaking Benjamin for pumping up. For good walking music jack's mannequin is awesome songs are extra long and the music flows so well you hardly notice the time passing

  • Fergalicious by Fergi! lol. I didn`t know it was on my mp3 and giggled when I heard it. Good work out beat and kinda positive. I typically listen to alternative rock, or daft punk and radiohead but that song really pushed me through the hard part of the routine.
