I don't really like their iced coffee because of the bitter flavor. Usually I make my own at home (for pretty cheap). I use the pioneer woman's recipe and half it to make a pitcher of iced coffee to keep in the fridge. Then just add skim milk and sugar free flavored syrup. You should check it out. Most of the DVDs I do are Jillian. I particularly like her longer videos. I have to mix it up with a little Biggest Loser Bootcamp and some walking and bicycling though, and never do the same video twice in a row. But yup, love to hate her. ;)

I am 5'9" and started at about 175 after having 2 kids. My absolute goal is maybe 135 lbs. I don't want to be any thinner than that. When I was 125 I was WAY too skinny. Right now I am about 153 and my next goal is to get to 145. I will have to reevaluate when I get to that point and see how I look and feel to determine if…
