Good on you for saving!!! Although I have to agree with the above poster I actually do pay more for health foods especially organic and free range food so my monthly shop has actually gone up.

I have a weight watchers one and its alright. I keep an eye on body fat and it shows its going down even on the weeks the scale number does not move. I would say, get one.

Please dont be so hard on yourself, the fact that you joined this site means you know whats good for you. Just leave yesterday there and continue on this road focused. We are only flesh and blood and we fail at times. Limit the damage and get on with healthy eating. Stay strong.

The first time I tried fasting I did a 36hour fast and loved it. For the first time in a ling time actually slept through the night. It did me no harm and will definately fast again if I am up for it.
