Be encouraged! Log everything everyday! Drink the water, sometimes drinking it can be hard but need to do it! Use the zero or low calorie flavor sticks to help you if needed, or put your favorite kind of tea bag in to lightly scent and flavor the water, this helps me. You Can Do It! Best of luck to you!

I believe the treadmill is measuring calories burned by the speed and belt movement of the machine which would be an average if you only moved your legs. An accurate heart rate monitor is the best things and the MFP tracker is a better average than the treadmill because it goes by your weight and age. If you do more…
