I think of all of the posts I am really happy about this one. People keep telling me my goal weight should be between 140-160! I look emaciated at 180 so I'm glad there are other women who look AMAZING at the 170-200 lb. level!

My mom has ED issues and would pass them along to us (constantly making fun of me, ridiculing what I eat, weighing me, watching me eat and taking away my food) so I got into the habit of stealing and hiding food for later. My first boyfriend found more cookies in my undie drawer than sexy bottoms!

I'm 5'11" with a large frame and very curvy. I don't think I could go less than 170 lbs. without looking emaciated. I was 180 (size 10) in high school.

If it's fat free or low fat add it to cauliflowers for a good cauliflower mash or to soups to thicken them and make them creamy!

I love this soup. Sometimes my boyfriend likes it thicker/more creamy so we add a bit of far free cream cheese at the end. Nom!

When I was in college my rice cooker/steamer combo was the best thing ever. You can make anything in it. I would regularly buy a bag of cheap, frozen chicken, canned beans, rice, pasta, chicken broth, etc. and make different meals each week.
