looks like everyone hada great week!! This morning i came in at 149!! wahoo! this is what i was last weigh in and i was 148 before i got sick so just one pound away from pre sick weight so glad the water retention is going down! Keep it up everyone!!

I agree i think you did a great job! And if it makes you feel better it wouldnt be a bad idea to sub your cheat day. Might also do a good job at tricking your matabalism if you always have the same cheat day. This is a life style change make it work for you! i always take the stairs!! it helps burn some extra calories because it inevitable you will eat different/more then you would at home. it's your vacation don't deprive yourself or you will want to throw it all out the window. everything in moderation!

Thanks everyone for the ideas. At this time my diet doesn't really allow for any oil at all or sodium so the salad dressing is out too...But i can use in place chicken stock unsalted and vinigar. I do them both weekly. Along with a good diet they are a great excersize! zumba is fun and yoga is relaxing

Thank you everyone for your ideas! They all sound delish! And i'm looking forward to try them all! Today i went with a little mix of everything. I boiled them in chicken and beef stock unslated and added chipotle powder. It was a little slimey but not too bad :)

i don't have one but i hear of people getting great responses with a heart rate moniter i guess you wear it like a watch. Hope that helps!

I think thats pretty atainable! I'm shooting for 145 by thanksgiving and I might acctually reach it! I was at 149.5 this am!!!! Soooo happy to see the 140's!!! 10.5 pounds to go!!

I'm in eastern carolina and ours is not a chain. Its a small resturaunt thats run by i think menenites. They make everything from scratch their french toast is to DIE for!

Thats great!! Congrats! Where are you from?! We have a resturaunt in my town called bakers square! It would be a VERRYY long shot if it was teh same one but I know its not a chain haha
