how do you guys enter exercise calories? i put in half of what the machine tells me, usually for a half-hour workout, i'm burning 300 calories according to the machine so i enter 150. so its a few days into my second week of using mfp i won't have access to scale until i go home next week but looking in the mirror, i can't tell any difference i suppose i haven't been too terrible with my eating. except for one day, i stayed close (:blushing: ) to my calories but every time, its been at least 300 less…

i wouldn't weigh after a workout. Especially if your like me and chug bottles of water during a workout, which can add as much as three pounds for water alone. The best time would be in the morning when you first wake up, before you eat anything. And its best to be completely naked.

that's how i am with chocolate. i don't eat chocolate to make myself full to because i'm bored or emotional. i eat chocolate (probably more than i should?) because it takes very very yummy and i doubt i could survive without it.

yeah people either still use those or at least know what most of those mean. i didn't know they were from the 70's though.

i suppose there are worse things you could dislike... like chocolate:noway: i no chemically balanced person can dislike chocolate. and cheese is just extra calories anyways. your better of without it if you don't like it.

i highly doubt it. as far as i know, a calorie is a calorie. as long as you stay within your calories, it doesn't matter what you eat. Besides, what fun would it be not to be able to have a dessert? cutting sweets out makes this a diet, unless you plan on never having sweets again.

i found my favorite snack!!! 1 serving of reduced fat triscuits and a wedge of laughing cow reduced fat cheese! and its only 155 calories:love: :love: :love:

no that sounds about right. cookies are usually from 100-200 calories each.

just so i can see where i fit in, how many calories are you eating on days when you exercise? what about on days that you don't exercise? How many calories do you generally burn per a workout?

i would like to know this as well. 30 min on a machine usually reads about 300 calories for me but then i cut that in half so i usually burn about 150-160 calories per workout.

nothing drug related. i'm already over my calories by 50 but i still have this insane desire to eat something, anything! i'm not hungry and i'm trying to distract myself... what do you do when you get hit by the munchies (minus the drugs)?
