how do you guys enter exercise calories? i put in half of what the machine tells me, usually for a half-hour workout, i'm burning 300 calories according to the machine so i enter 150. not feeling too hot
so its a few days into my second week of using mfp i won't have access to scale until i go home next week but looking in the mirror, i can't tell any difference i suppose i haven't been too terrible with my eating. except for one day, i stayed close (:blushing: ) to my calories but every time, its been at least 300 less…

how many calories are you eating?
just so i can see where i fit in, how many calories are you eating on days when you exercise? what about on days that you don't exercise? How many calories do you generally burn per a workout?

bad case of the munchies...
nothing drug related. i'm already over my calories by 50 but i still have this insane desire to eat something, anything! i'm not hungry and i'm trying to distract myself... what do you do when you get hit by the munchies (minus the drugs)?
