how do you guys enter exercise calories?
i put in half of what the machine tells me, usually for a half-hour workout, i'm burning 300 calories according to the machine so i enter 150. Does that sound about right?
I know a lot of you use HRM things. as of right now, i'm a poor college student and can't afford such a thing:blushing: , but for those of you that don't use those, what do you consider as exercise? just what you accomplish at the gym?

thanks in advanced for your help

This is a good site: http://www.fatburn.com/free_tool_activity_burn.asp

You plug in your weight and it tells you how many calories you burn. Then you can add your own exercise in myfitnesspal and add it after you exercise.

    hope this helps.
