my net cals are 1200. I do about that when I don't exercise and about 1400-1600 on days I do. my workouts burn usually between 250 and 500 calories depending on what else I have going on that day.

I'm about 6'0" 163, my cal amount is set at about 1450, and i exercise daily burning any where from 350-1100 calories (depending on the day and activity) I always eat close to my amount, always above 1450. I usually log my food ahead of time, so I know what kind of workout awaits that evening!

1200 on no exercise days (but EVERY day is an exercise day for me) and between 1400 - 1500 on days that I do. I generally burn about 200 - 250 per 20 minute workout.

1450. To be honest, I rarely exercise. :noway: I'm hoping to change that once I quit smoking.

The site is telling me I should eat 1500 on days I don't exercise and 1900 on days I do exercise.

    I am 5'11.

Anyway, what I ACTUALLY eat varies depending how I feel. Some days I get 1500. Some I get 1200. I find it REALLY hard to reach 1900 without packing on the artificial sugars!

I eat on non workout days roughly 1350 and days that I work out is between 1800-1900 depends on how much I work out. I have been really bad lately I haven't been working out. I have so much stress going on right now so it has been hard but doing better i hope by next week.

I'm 5'0, 133 and set at 1380 calories for no exercise. I generally burn 300-600 calories from exercise so I eat anywhere from 1700-2000 calories a day. I am on my feet most of the day between school and work. If I'm having a day where I'm uncomfortably hungry I'll eat about 200-300 calories more than what MFP recommends. It usually doesn't happen often but generally does when I'm extremely busy/stressed (like a couple days ago  ).

I started back in Jan at roughly the same weight you are now, and I know that my calories were set somewhere around 1650 with no exercise. I guess it depends on what you want to loose per week. I have always set mine at 1 lb per week. slow and steady wins the race.:flowerforyou:

There's no harm in trying higher calories for a month or so. Initially you'll gain 1-2 lbs due to increased stored blood sugar, water, and food volume in your body. Consider that your new starting weight--it's not fat. After a couple weeks, you'll begin to lose again. Eating a higher amount of calories will allow you to cut back if you need to once you reach a serious plateau. If you start too low, there's nowhere else to go. :flowerforyou:

I eat 1500 regardless, but burn 400-600 cals most days.
1 day per week I go for 2000 and have a indulgent meal.

I'm saving 1200 cals for my last few lbs, as long as I'm losing, I might as well enjoy eating a lil more.
