Great job! I have a really hard time doing anything when I have sinus issues, so kudos for sticking to it. I didn't post any exercise on day 3, either, but also managed to get two workouts in. I have the opposite problem...I am NOT a morning person, so two of the days I had to get both workouts done in the evening. My first workout was not traditional...yard work. For the second workout I walked. I didn't even want to do the second workout, but I made myself!
