As I think about it, i definitely think that the intensity of my workouts has increased... so, that might be a contributing factor. Have gotten more fit, so am able to do more and with more intensity!

I count sparkling water since I get tired of drinking still water and need the variety. I would say you just wouldn't count it if there is anything at all added to the water like caffeine or sweeteners (artificial or otherwise).

It would not even take more more than 1 minute to take care of 400 cals :) But therein lies the monster which is weight loss!

Another weekend of poor water intake. Perhaps my new goal should be getting in my water over the weekend - that's when I really struggle. Well, Monday is here, so the better eating and the water intake should be back in line.

I love Diet Coke myself, but I do get nervous about ingesting too much artificial sweetener, whether it be aspartame or whatever. Not great over the weekend...some in, but not lots. Definitely not 5 each day! Starting off better today with 2 servings of melon, and with a vegetarian chili for dinner shouldl really round out my vegatble intake.
