HIIT Training 30 seconds Brisk Walk, 30 Seconds Full Sprint, Repeat 7 more times for a total of 8 minutes. Toe Touches - 15 reps (very quickly) Barbell Lunges (10 reps/leg) Side lunges (10 reps each direction) Butt Kicks for 25 yards, High Knees for 25 yards, Wide Arm Circles 20 reps, Barbell Trunk Twists 20 reps, Side Bends 20 reps 30 Minutes Elliptical (15 min. Highest Settings for Elevation and Resistance (15) 15 min. on Setting (10). 100 Crunches on Exercise Ball and 100 jumping jacks. If you are interested. The beginning exercises are part of HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) this doesn't mean hard it just means intense. You are giving your all for each exercise, as quickly as you can while maintaining great form. I'll be doing these every day this week. For me it will be but don't let that overwhelm you if its too much. I've lost almost 200lbs and have been training for quite a while. Do what you can do! That's all its about!0
