You look so fantastic and healthy. Congratulations, you are an inspiration.

There is a "quick add 100" in the food search that I add on days that I have just that (about 100 calories of various little snacks) I think you should do that just so your calorie total is correct when looking back!

I am no expert but DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness) peak at 48 hours. Tomorrow should be your most sore day. If you aren't finding you are sore, probably a sign to change things up or add heavier weights. Just my personal opinion :)

Depends on how far you are going. If it is less than 6 miles, I prefer an empty stomache. As for long runs, I do something small; yogurt, banana, toast or milk.

So awesome, I think I needed this reminder that things just take time and persistence eventually pays off! Congratulations on your success!

Yes, I lost 4 pounds the first week, gained one pound the second week and now that it is the 3 week coming up I have finally had another good loss. I kept telling myself that I have seen them say on the Biggest Loser that week 2 is known for being bad on the scale. For me it was just that! Hang in there :)

Thank you all, you opinions are super helpful! Best wishes to you all in your own journey!

I feel the same way. I would hate to eat too much. I just don't know what the right balance is!

A pound a week would be awesome. I just want to see steady results!

Add me, I would love everyone to add me. I love to see success in active people, I am trying to find the balance in the right amount of calories for me and exercising! Need all the support I can get! I am 33, happily married mother of 4! Loves running, and just getting into cycling and crossfit. Just trying to get this…

If you go into weigh in and there is a place that says "edit previous entries" you can just delete it and start at todays weight. I did the same :) good luck to you!
