Good day!
I was introduced to the wonderful world of MFP by co-workers, and decided to give it a shot. I decided that this would be much more fun with friends, so here I am, soliciting friendship via the Introduce Yourself thread.
Here are some things you may want to know. I am:
- 32 years old
- Female
- Awesome
- Engaged
- Formerly morbidly obese
- Currently still obese, but not as bad as before!
- Interested in running (I like 10K's and am hoping to do my first half marathon this summer)
- Interested in cycling (I commute by bike three days a week)
- Funny
- Self-depricating
- A success already (I've lost 58lbs on my own!)
- A healthy eater, but horrible at tracking portions (that's why I'm here)
I enjoy exercise, and do it on a daily basis, but I'm terrible at tracking portions. I think that's what's keeping me from progressing further with my weight loss.
Please be my friend.

I can tell you have a great personality!
I used to do cycling in college and I have to say that was a crazy workout. I haven't done it in a long time but after having my daughter I am sick of looking and feeling the way I do so I started running last week. I am starting with just one mile at a time but would like to eventually run more and more as I become more fit and would like to do a marathon some day.

I am pretty awesome on most days that end in "Y"
Love the outdoors, we water ski and love being on the boat
I love to grill everything
And I am running my first 5k the end of this month!
