  • You can get a cheap food scale from target, walmart, amazon, etc and that will take all the guess work out of it.
  • Every morning I make a smoothie with 12 oz of orange juice, 1 cup of strawberries, either 1 banana or 1 green apple, and a cup of spinach. That easily keeps me satisfied until lunch and is only about 300 calories.

  • I agree, a scale is extremely helpful. I like to eat a lot of chicken so it really helps me make sure i'm counting my calories accurately.
  • One thing I really like is to marinade my chicken for at least 25 minutes in your favorite salsa then you can bake it, grill it, do whatever you want to it and it's delicious.
