Grams, ounces, cups UGH!! Help!

Options
I'm having issues measuring & weighing food. I regularly eat chicken breast (grilled) but I cut each breast in half to grill. I only eat that half each meal. Is that 4-6 oz? And as for grams, I eat a 1/4 of a medium size avocado but it's confusing when searching how much I've eaten. Does anyone have a website or cheat sheet on how to measure foods?

You can get a cheap food scale from target, walmart, amazon, etc and that will take all the guess work out of it.

You just need to weigh them in grams for accuracy. No way to cheat measurements and it will pay off in the long run.

Get a food scale. Use grams more often than not. Using Google to find the USDA nutritional info is helpful, too (since mfp database entries are often wrong).
