I did all 200 yesterday and today. But today I did different types of crunches to try and work different ab muscle groups so I did the bicycle, some regular, some with feet in the air, etc

How do folks typically divide the levels? 3 levels, 30 days. move up a level every 10 days? I feel like after a week I could go on to level 2 but that was a challenge so I was thinking of leaving a little more time on levels 2 and 3. thoughts?

Oh me too! I got onions because I throw them in everything. I also got green beans to sautee as a side and grape tomatoes to make a quick pasta. All locally grown!

I ve used them a few times in circuit training work outs. You can squat and grab it with both hands and do a dead lift for the lower body. There have been alot of commercials lately trying to say it isn't worse than sugar but our body doesn't recognize it the same so it doesn't process it the same which leads to us eating more. If you don't eat them, you will lose weight a little probably quicker as your calorie intake is a little lower that day. However, I find that when I work out, I'm usually starving later so I usually do eat extra earned calories. I that is OK because since you have burned extra calories you will still be under your daily…
