I never wear cotton.. Its not breathable.. The saying in the runners world is cotton is rotten... Im a fatty runner and I DO SWEAT.. (shhhh, dont tell anyone) lol So for me sweat + cotton = rash and STANKY!!! I wear breathable running clothes, runners socks (AMAZING INVENTION) and drywick Everything!
