make sure you are drinking enough water you should drink half your weight in ounces a day so if you weigh 200lbs you should be drinking 100ounces of water per day it really helps you lose weight and feel full! good luck!! maybe eat more veggies then fruits also :)

meat- chicken all diff ways! Fruit- grapes veggie- green beans! i prefer to get the frozen ones but i will eat any kind :) and sweet potato is a yummy yummy second but i dont really consider it a veggie i consider it a startch

being able to ware cute clothes, go on rides, feel like i can do anything!! i hate that my weight keeps me from doing things so i will mostly look foward to just doing stuff without having to think hmmm is my weight going to be an issue.. i cant wait!!

i try to carry around a 44 oz cup with me and that is 5 servings i drink a bunch while i eat in between each bite. then i just make sure its always there even if i just watch tv and drink drink drink lol.
